A Body & Soul gift voucher is a lovely way to share a little rest and beauty with someone, or to treat yourself. These terms cover how vouchers are bought, used and looked after.

Buying a voucher

You can buy a gift voucher online through our shop, or in person at the salon during salon hours. Choose any amount you like. When you pay by card online, the voucher is emailed to you or straight to the recipient the moment your payment clears.

Using a voucher

A gift voucher can be put towards treatments in the salon, and towards products both online and in the salon. In our online store, enter the voucher at checkout and its value is applied as credit against your order. You can check the remaining balance on a voucher at any time at /balance/.

Expiry

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

What a voucher cannot do

• A gift voucher cannot be cashed out or refunded.
• It is not exchangeable for cash.
• A lost or stolen voucher cannot be replaced unless you have the voucher number.

Partial use

If you spend less than the full value of a voucher, the remainder stays on the voucher and stays usable until the expiry above.

Booking with a voucher

Book your appointment at /booknow or by phone, and mention your voucher when you arrive for your treatment. Our cancellation terms at /terms-and-conditions/ apply to an appointment paid for with a voucher just as they do to any other appointment.
