As Qualified Beauty Therapists, it is essential to us that we achieve beautiful and healthy-looking nails for you. Whether you need a regular mini manicure and tidy-up or a full Spa Manicure or Pedicure, we want you to leave feeling your nails have been treated and enhanced to perfection.
You can be reassured of trouble-free, healthy nails using hygienic methods with sterilised tools and equipment.
At Body and Soul, we use Priori products for your nail treatments, Creative or OPI colours as your nail lacquer and Creative Shellac as our gel. These products ensure your hands are cared for, leaving them soft and nourished.
When booking online, consider carefully whether you are under a time constraint and require a Buff and Polish, which takes 30 minutes or have the full Manicure or Pedicure, which requires an hour. We also can give you a luxury Spa treatment with your hands or feet, which includes a hand or foot massage.
Creative or Priori creams will complete the treatment.

Shellac Nails by Creative
Creative Shellac is the only natural non-synthetic gel on the market. It will not harm or cause damage to your natural nails. Creative is a patented Gel designed to last a minimum of 14 days. The Gels flexibility means no snapping or cracking.
It is applied and set under LED light, which has a faster curing time than UV light and is considered safer for your skin and nails. It is easily removed as part of your treatment when having a new application. (Should we have to remove other non-natural products, we will charge extra for the time taken. Our therapists use sterilized tools and take care when removing with gentle buffing and no harsh drills. We stock a wide range of only licensed gel colours.
