Cancellation and No-Show Policy – June 2026
Due to an increasing number of no-shows, we ask that clients provide the following notice when cancelling or changing appointments.
Sunbed Appointments
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for sunbed cancellations. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, we may ask you to pay for the missed appointment at your next visit or deduct it from your concession card.
Text and email reminders are now sent two days before appointments to help you manage your booking. From 1 July, when sunbed appointments become busier, this policy will be applied consistently.

Deposits and No-Shows
A non-refundable 50% deposit may apply for no-shows or cancellations made outside the required notice period.
For services over $100, the deposit will be requested by email at the time of booking and deducted from the total cost of your service on the day.
